1. General Terms

By using the services of Atlas Tourist Agency (Vela Luka, Croatia), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

2. Rental Services

All vehicle rentals (cars, scooters, boats, bicycles) require a valid ID or passport and the appropriate driving or boating licence. A security deposit is required at the time of pickup. Fuel is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the renter.

3. Excursions

Excursions are subject to weather conditions and minimum group sizes. Atlas Tourist Agency reserves the right to cancel excursions in unsafe weather conditions. Refunds will be issued for agency-cancelled excursions. Cancellations by customers may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Insurance

Insurance products are provided through Croatia Osiguranje. All insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of Croatia Osiguranje. Coverage details, exclusions and claims procedures are governed by the specific policy documents.

5. Liability

Atlas Tourist Agency is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses occurring during vehicle rental or excursions that are beyond our reasonable control. Renters are responsible for any damage to rented vehicles during their rental period.
